The 5 Series Keyline tractors are designed to offer maximum flexibility, while ensuring reliable and innovative performance. Agility is one of the distinguishing features of these tractors, thanks to an outstanding steering angle and state-of-the-art solutions such as the PowerShuttle with adjustable response, the Stop&Go system and the ComfortClutch, which ensure smooth and comfortable driving even in the most difficult situations. In addition, you can enhance the driving experience with the optional Hi-Lo Powershift transmission, allowing easy adaptation to different terrain requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
SPECIALLY ADAPTED FOR AGRICULTURE<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With or without AdBlue, the choice is yours! The 5 Series Keyline tractors are powered by the reliable and popular FARMotion 45 engine. While the 5095 and 5105 Keyline models are equipped with a complete EAT solution including SCR catalytic converter, the 5075 Keyline equipped with only DPF, meets the Stage V emission standard without the need for additional AdBlue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Regardless of the model you choose, all FARMotion 45 engines are specially designed for agricultural applications, offering optimum power and, thanks to its high capacity,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
torque in all working conditions. And thanks to the large 145-litre fuel tank, the 5 Keyline has a long range for extended working days, eliminating the need for frequent refuelling stops.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The 5 Series Keyline, as well as the other DEUTZ-FAHR Stage V tractors, are officially certified for operation with HVO (hydrotreated vegetable oil) fuel, making these tractors ready for the challenges of modern agriculture, such as reducing CO2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
5 SPEEDS FOR ALL NEEDS<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Always the right speed. The proven and efficient 5-speed transmission offers 20+20 or 40+40 gears, allowing you to always choose the right speed. The basic variant already includes a ramp that offers speeds from less than 400 m\/h.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Maximum comfort and productivity can be achieved by adding the hydraulic PowerShuttle option and 2-speed Powershift. PowerShuttle is, thanks to the Stop&Go function and the sensing clutch, which offers 5 different response settings, ideal for working with a front loader. It also includes the comfort clutch option, which allows the driver to change gears without pressing the clutch pedal. In addition, the 2-speed Powershift not only allows 2 gears to be changed without interruption of torque, but also offers 40 km\/h at low engine speed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
SPEEDS FOR ALL IMPLEMENTATIONS<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The PTO is controlled by an oil-immersed multi-plate clutch and is electro-hydraulically operated at the push of a button. The PTO controls on the rear fenders improve the comfort of using the equipment. The PTO is equipped with different speeds to ensure the right power for the implements, and the PTO is equipped with a dedicated shaft for precise control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
TOP PERFORMANCE AND REMARKABLE ADAPTABILITY<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The 5 Series Keyline is offered with a hydraulic system tailored to the needs of the utility segment. Thanks to an optimized and completely evolved layout (including pump, pipes and spool valves), efficiency has been increased to maximize the result. Two or three double-acting rear spool valves are available. For the front loader, two mid-mounted spool valves can be added. In addition to the main pump, an additional steering pump is installed to ensure effortless steering at all times. The new 5 Series Keyline models are also available with the EasyLift function, which allows the rear linkages with a maximum capacity of up to 4525 kg to be lowered and raised at the touch of a button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
TOP EFFICIENCY AND SAFETY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The new DEUTZ-FAHR 5 Series Keyline models are designed with front and rear axles designed to ensure exceptional strength and unrivalled reliability. For comprehensive braking capacity, the front axle is equipped as standard with multiple oil-immersed disc brakes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The fully locking differentials on both axles are electronically controlled and hydraulically operated. In addition, the 5 Series Keyline models offer a wide range of agricultural tyres, which can be fitted on traditional adjustable rims or robust \u201cWaffle\u201d rims. Thanks to their innovative design, these rims can minimize wheel vibrations during high-speed transfers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
