Danish fertilizer machine manufacturer Bogballe is raising the bar in precision agriculture by launching a fully updated version of the ISOBUS system, first presented at Agritechnica 2025. The new concept is based on the “we take care of it” philosophy, with a focus on simplification, efficiency and environmental protection.
With a large part of the costs of the modern farm going through the fertilizer machine, Bogballe invests heavily in innovation to provide farmers with better results in the field, along with responsible fertilizer application.
Advanced precision through the new ISOBUS system
The complete update of the ISOBUS system brings a noticeable extra of accuracy. The new generation offers a fully integrated solution that guarantees that every kilogram of fertilizer reaches exactly where it is most effective.
The “As Applied” function documents the work in real time, providing full traceability at the plot level and eliminating any uncertainty regarding distribution on the ground.
New elements that take precision to the next level
A key role in the development of the new dosing algorithms was played by the new 6-ton weighing cells, which allow for a more accurate measurement of the applied quantity. At the same time, operation at the limit becomes more flexible and significantly simpler.

Joystick with extended functions – maximum operator comfort
Based on feedback from farmers, Bogballe has greatly expanded the joystick’s functions. Among the novelties:
- quick switching between normal spreading and spreading at the end of the field during work;
- the possibility of selecting the spreading strategy at the end of the plot directly during driving.
Your favorite features so far – on/off and percentage rate adjustment – remain present and optimized.
New actuator for faster reactions and additional functions
The capacity of the wiring has been increased to be able to operate a new generation of actuators, providing:
- much faster reaction to changes in application maps;
- support for variable quantities in an extremely short time;
- new functions such as work lights and the operation of an additional actuator for the optional “From Border” system.
In-house developed software and free updates – a future-proof concept
The entire core software is developed exclusively by Bogballe, which allows:
- total control over technology and user experience;
- seamless integration between hardware and software;
- Rapid deployment of new features.
Farmers benefit from free software updates, part of Bogballe’s policy that guarantees that no one is left behind. The machines are designed to allow the expansion of functionalities over time, and new projects dedicated to precision agriculture are already underway.
