Pozitiis available for the NHR Agropartners Giurgiu and Prahova subsidiaries.
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate professional to take on the role of Regional Team Leader Service in our team. In this position, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating service and repair activities in the workshop.
In detail:
- Supervision and management of the team of technicians in the service department of the work point;
- Efficient planning and scheduling of service activities to ensure optimal use of resources;
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and working procedures to guarantee excellent customer service;
- Diagnosing and solving complex problems in agricultural machinery, providing customers with efficient and sustainable solutions;
- Monitoring of spare parts stocks and work tools required for service activities.
We expect you to:
- Relevant experience in the field of repair and maintenance of agricultural machinery, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Technical skills and solid knowledge in the field of mechanics;
